I saw Owen tonight. Mike Kinsella is the fucking man. I highly recommend seeing him, if you haven't already.
Oh, and after I got home from the show my friend Steve calls me from outside of the place where The Strokes just played and then hands the phone off to who I thought was my other friend, Ben. But it turns out to be Julian Casablancas. And I didn't even realize it until he was handing the phone back to my friend. But he was really cool and actually talked to me and didn't do the whole "Hey so-and-so, this is Julian from the Strokes. Later" thing that you would expect from a rockstar. He just told me that he signed a poster for me and some other crap, I don't even remember. I'm still in shock about it. Haha.
